She is more than a hundred years old and she just moved into one of the nursing homes I dance.
She tells me she’s so bored in her new home and that it is time for a party.
So I put on the music and I help her stand up.
She puts her hands on the table and she dances.
She moves her hips, her feet. Her whole body is moving, supported by the table. Then she sits down again but she keeps on dancing: arms in the air, legs going all places, her napkin for now turns into a beautiful shawl and is moving with her.
That’s what I call party time!
And a strong love for life.
